Come join me in my creative & cozy space. I offer a variety of class styles, options and workshops tailored to a range of budgets. I have been immersed in the professional arts for over 30 years and been instructing art & craft classes for over 15 years. As a practicing artist with a deep passion for human creativity in all its forms I endeavour to share that enthusiasm in each of classes.

Mini Lessons - Sliding Scale of $9 - $15
Are you stuck on the cast on? Or maybe you can't figure out why your yarn will not pull onto the bobbin? Maybe you want a refresher on macrame knots? Mini Lessons are the perfect solution. In the mini lesson you will receive 15 min of instruction paired with 45 minutes of feedback. Skill topics for mini lessons are offered for a range of fibre art activities including and not limited to; Crochet, Knitting, Needle Felting, Macrame, Stitching, Weaving, and Wet Felting.
Project Classes - $19+ per participant
All project based classes include skill building instruction, tips and tricks, as well as options to take the skill further. Project based class cover a range of fibre art activities, including; Crochet, Knitting, Needle Felting, Macrame, Stitching, Weaving, Wet Felting and more. My classes are primarily based on my own designs, innovations, patterns and concepts. On occasion classes may be held using specific designs or patterns from other creatives or by other creatives.
Private Group Workshop Bookings - $19+ per participant
Private workshops can be based on any of my mini lesson or class offerings or can be completely customized to your group. Please See above for information on my mini lessons or project based classes and contact me for more details.
Booking & Payment
Mini Lessons: Mini lessons are pre booked by visiting the shop or sending a request through the contact us page. They are paid for following a completed session.
Project Classes: Can be booked online here, in person at the shop or via email. Registration is not considered confirmed until payment is received. Once invoiced payment is required within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. After 24hrs your spot will be given to the next person on the list.
Private Group Workshops: Must be booked in person at the shop or via email. Registration is not considered confirmed until payment is received. The individual scheduling the private booking is required to pay the entire fee at the time of booking. Once invoiced payment is required within 24hrs. Contact Us to inquire on availability.
Cancellations
Mini Lessons: One missed session with less the 48hours notice will require subsequent sessions to be pre paid at the maximum rate. Missed lessons without notice will be charged at the maximum rate.
Project Classes & Private Group Workshops: May be cancelled at any time. Cancellations with two weeks notice will receive a full refund minus a 10% service fee. Cancellations with one weeks notice will be refunded at 50% of the total fee. Cancellations with less then one weeks notice will not be refunded.
Studio Accessibility
There are two short steps up into the space with a landing space in between. The washroom in the studio is available, child friendly, but less accessible - please call to discuss any specific accessibility concerns. The library next door (open until 8pm some evenings) does have a fully accessible washroom. Please look here for more information on the Rossland libraries availability.
